  • I will be a supportive guide on your path to emotional healing and well-being and will provide a safe, sacred space for you to do your inner work.

  • At your initial appointment I want to first listen deeply to your story. We will then look at your unique needs and map out an individualized, therapeutic plan. There are many diverse and sublime methods that I draw from, and we will work in collaboration to decide which ones would be most appropriate and beneficial for you.
